- ½ tin of beetroot, slice)
- 1 carot, slice)
- 150 gr feta cheese)
- 100gr mix green salad)
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Macadamia nuts)
Salad Dressing:
- For the dressing, mix 2 tbs vinegar with ½ tin of the beetroot juice.
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients.
