Chicken Noodles Soup Recipe

- 300 gr chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 250 gr dried egg noddle
- 2 bok choy, cut
- 1 cup sweet corn kernel, you can use frozen/can
- 2 garlic clove crushed/sliced
- 1 small french onion/shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, cut into small pieces
- 1 red big chilli, sliced - optional
- salt
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- water
- 4 boiled egg, cut into 2 part each
- fried shallot for garnish
- Heat the oil in a pot, sautee garlic, shallot and chilli until fragrant
- Add chicken, stir until half cooked
- Add corn, continue stirring until chicken cooked
- Add 3 cups of water and salt, bring to boil
- While waiting until the broth is boiled, boil water in another pot, cook the noodles, strain, then add noodle and bok choy into the boiling broth
- Serve Noodle Soup with shallot and boiled egg
