Chicken Noodles Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 300 gr chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 250 gr dried egg noddle
  • 2 bok choy, cut
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernel, you can use frozen/can
  • 2 garlic clove crushed/sliced
  • 1 small french onion/shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, cut into small pieces
  • 1 red big chilli, sliced - optional
  • salt
  • 2 tbs cooking oil
  • water
  • 4 boiled egg, cut into 2 part each
  • fried shallot for garnish
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Heat the oil in a pot, sautee garlic, shallot and chilli until fragrant
  2. Add chicken, stir until half cooked
  3. Add corn, continue stirring until chicken cooked
  4. Add 3 cups of water and salt, bring to boil
  5. While waiting until the broth is boiled, boil water in another pot, cook the noodles, strain, then add noodle and bok choy into the boiling broth
  6. Serve Noodle Soup with shallot and boiled egg
