Stir Fry Lamb with Mint and Garlic

  • 400 gr lean lamb meat, sliced (bite size)
  • ½ cup of chopped mint
  • 3 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tbs cooking oil
  • 2 tbs light soy sauce
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 full tsp of grated ginger
  • Steam rice to serve
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, brown the lamb.
  2. Add light soy sauce, garlic, ginger, stir well for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add honey and mint, stir well.
  4. Taste and done.
  5. Serve with steam rice.
Add sliced chilli if you would like more spicy.
For healthier option add steam veggies when serve.
