Stir Fry Lamb with Mint and Garlic

- 400 gr lean lamb meat, sliced (bite size)
- ½ cup of chopped mint
- 3 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- 2 tbs light soy sauce
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 full tsp of grated ginger
- Steam rice to serve
- Heat oil in a pan, brown the lamb.
- Add light soy sauce, garlic, ginger, stir well for about 3 minutes.
- Add honey and mint, stir well.
- Taste and done.
- Serve with steam rice.
Add sliced chilli if you would like more spicy.
For healthier option add steam veggies when serve.
