Creamy Mashed Potatoes Recipe

- 750gr potatoes, peel, cut into wedges
- 2 full tbs minced onion (optional)
- 4 tbs cooking cream
- 1 tbs butter
- 50 ml milk
- Water
- Salt
- Boil the potatoes until soft, drain well. Put the drained potatoes back into the pot.
- Add onion, cream, butter, milk and salt, mash until potatoes soft.
- Taste then serve while its still warm.
