Pasta With Crab Meat and Garlic Recipe

Serves: 4 - 6
- 400gr Australian crab meat
- 500 gr pasta orecchiette (you can use any type of pasta)
- 8 - 10 garlic clove, minced
- 1 big red chilli, roughly minced
- 1 to 2 cups of chopped italian flat parsley
- 1 big spring onion, chopped
- 2 tbs cooking oil/1 tsp butter
- Salt
- Boil water in a pan, cook the pasta.
- When the pasta nearly cooked, sauté garlic and chilli until garlic nearly soft.
- Add the crab meat, stir until the crab meat cooked (for about 3-4 minutes)
- When the pasta is cooked, drained, then mix with crab meat.
- Add salt, spring onion and parsley, stir well. Turn off the heat.
