Fresh Bruschetta Recipe.

There are so many ways of making bruschetta. Some people like to add cheese, red onion and other ingredients. Basically you can be as creative as you like and it’s always turn up good. I’m not sure if there is any rule about this dish or not, but different Italian restaurant the’ve got their own recipe 🙂

Bruchetta

Fresh Bruschetta Recipe ~ Resep Bruschetta Mudah

Serves: 6 - 8
Ingredients:
  • 1 bread crusty baguette about 340gr, slice the baguette on a diagonal about 1cm thick or about 16 sliced
  • 3 garlic clove cut little bit on one side
Ingredients for topping:
  • ½ cup of chopped sweet basil
  • 4 medium tomatoes (about 450 gr), seeded, diced really small
  • 2 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbs kalamata balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • Mix all ingredients well. Your topping is done.
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Pre-heat the oven 180 degree Celsius fan force.
  2. Place the sliced baguette on the baking tray, bake for 10 minutes or until little bit golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven.
  4. Rub the baguette with raw garlic clove while it still hot.
  5. Place the bread on serving plate. Add the tomato mix on top.
  6. Enjoy the fresh bruschetta with a glass of white wine 🙂
