Pasta night !!! I love it…..this pasta recipe is soooooo easy and tasty. I always keep dried pasta in my pantry just incase I’m too busy to cook full flavoured meal. Any pasta dish normally easy and quick to make. This spicy and warming dish makes the perfect easy midweek dinner.

Pasta With Crab Meat and Garlic Recipe

Serves: 4 - 6

Ingredients:

• 400gr Australian crab meat
• 500 gr pasta orecchiette (you can use any type of pasta)
• 8 - 10 garlic clove, minced
• 1 big red chilli, roughly minced
• 1 to 2 cups of chopped italian flat parsley
• 1 big spring onion, chopped
• 2 tbs cooking oil/1 tsp butter
• Salt

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil water in a pan, cook the pasta.
2. When the pasta nearly cooked, sauté garlic and chilli until garlic nearly soft.
3. Add the crab meat, stir until the crab meat cooked (for about 3-4 minutes)
4. When the pasta is cooked, drained, then mix with crab meat.
5. Add salt, spring onion and parsley, stir well. Turn off the heat.
