Another easy, yummy and crunchy kailan dish.

Kailan with Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch of kailan/roughly 5 spring
  • 3 tbs oyster sauce
  • 1 red big chilli, sliced
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs fried shallot
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbs r0ce brand oil/grape seeds oil
  • water
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Boil enough water, add kailan, cook until change colour but still crunchy, drain, set aside.
  2. Heat the oil, sautee garlic and chilli until fragrant.
  3. Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, fried shallot, and 100 ml water. Bring to boil.
  4. Pour the sauce on top of cooked kailan, serve with rice.
