Ingredients/bahan:
-7 skinless chicken leg (7 paha ayam tanpa kulit)
-5 clove garlic, slice thinly (5 bawang putih iris tipis)
-a thumb of ginjer, slice thinly (satu jari jahe, iris tipis)
-3 tbs chinese rice wine vinegar (3sdm arak masak)
-1-2 tbs saseme oil (1-2 sdm minyak wijen)
-1 tbs sugar (1sdm gula batu)
-1-2 tbs light soy sauce (1-2 sdm light soy sauce)
-4 tbs oyster sauce (4 sdm saus tiram)
-1 ½ cup of water (1 ½ cup air)
-15 sweet basil leaf (15 daun kemangi besar/segenggam kemangi kecil)
-spring onion for garnish (daun bawang untuk taburan)
-1 chili padi, slice thinly (1 cabe rawit iris tipis)

Method/cara:
-in a medium heat, saute ginger with saseme oil until beautifully fragrant. (tumis jahe dengan minyak wijen sampai wangi)
-Add garlic, stir. (masukkan bawang putih, aduk) -Add chicken, cook until little bit brown. (masukkan ayam, masak sampai ayam kecoklatan)
-Add sugar and chineese vinegar. (masukkan gula dan arak) -Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir. (masukkan light soy sauce dan saus tiram, aduk)
-Add water, put the lids on, leave if until chicken cook. (masukkan air, tutup panci, biarkan sampai ayam masak)
-Add sweet basil leaf, chilli. (Masukkan daun kemangi, cabe)
-Serve with rice, garnish chicken with spring onion. (Hidangkan dengan nasi, taburi ayam dengan daun bawang) Selamat Makan \0/
