We had this dish for breakfast last Sunday and it was delicious! What a great idea, less dishes and so easy to make, suitable for a weekend breakfast 🙂 Cooking time may vary depend on how deep the ramekin is. I love baked eggs !!!
Ingredients:
-A buch of spinach
-4 slice of ham (you can cut them into small pieces)
-3 yellow cherry tomatoes, halve
-5 red cherry tomatoes, halve
-6 eggs
-Salt and pepper
-4 tbs water
-Cooking oil
-Grapes and oranges (or replace with any fruit you like)
Method:
-Pre-heat the oven 200 degrees Celsius fan forced (or 220 degrees celsius normal).
-Prepare two ramekin, spray with cooking oil, add spinach, tomatoes, ham, egg, water equally, sprinkles with salt and pepper.
-Cook in the oven for 20 minutes (hard yolk).
-Serve with grapes and orange wages or any of your favourite fruits.
