Spicy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 500gr chicken thigh/breast, cut into long thin pieces
  • 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1 tbs chopped rosemary
  • 3 big red chilli, sliced
  • 3 chilli padi, sliced
  • 4 garlic, crushed
  • 3 spring onion, chopped
  • 1-2 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1 tbs tomato ketchup/tomato paste
  • 3 - 4 tbs hoisin sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 - 200ml water
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • Chopped celeri leaf for garnish
  • Cooked noodles for serving
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add garlic, chillis, rosemary, celery stalk and spring onion, cook for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add chicken, cook until lightly golden.
  3. Add water, tomato, tomato ketchup/paste, hoisin sauce, mix well.
  4. Add salt and pepper for a taste.
  5. Serve your chicken stir fry with rice or noodles, garnish with chopped celery leaf.
