Kailan with Oyster Sauce Recipe

- 1 bunch of kailan/roughly 5 spring
- 3 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 red big chilli, sliced
- 2 garlic, minced
- 1 tbs fried shallot
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbs r0ce brand oil/grape seeds oil
- water
- Boil enough water, add kailan, cook until change colour but still crunchy, drain, set aside.
- Heat the oil, sautee garlic and chilli until fragrant.
- Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, fried shallot, and 100 ml water. Bring to boil.
- Pour the sauce on top of cooked kailan, serve with rice.
