Garlic Chicken Recipe

- 500 gr chichen thigh fillet, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 5 garlic clove, minced
- 100 gr baby spinach
- salt and fresh ground pepper
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- ½ small lemon
- Mix chicken with little bit salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan, add chicken until half cook.
- Add cooking oil, stir occasionally until chicken cooked.
- Add onion and garlic, stir until the onion and garlic change colour.
- Add baby spinach, cook until spinach change colour to dark shinny green. Turn the stove off. Serve with rice.
If you like spicy food, simply add chopped chilli paddy or 1 tsp dried crushed chilli.
Squeeze lemon all over the chicken when serving.
