Fresh Bruschetta Recipe ~ Resep Bruschetta Mudah

Serves: 6 - 8
- 1 bread crusty baguette about 340gr, slice the baguette on a diagonal about 1cm thick or about 16 sliced
- 3 garlic clove cut little bit on one side
- ½ cup of chopped sweet basil
- 4 medium tomatoes (about 450 gr), seeded, diced really small
- 2 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbs kalamata balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbs olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
- a pinch of salt
- Mix all ingredients well. Your topping is done.
- Pre-heat the oven 180 degree Celsius fan force.
- Place the sliced baguette on the baking tray, bake for 10 minutes or until little bit golden brown.
- Remove from the oven.
- Rub the baguette with raw garlic clove while it still hot.
- Place the bread on serving plate. Add the tomato mix on top.
- Enjoy the fresh bruschetta with a glass of white wine :)
