Osso Buco with Creamy Mashies Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 4 pieces osso bucco
  • 1 big onion, diced
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 400gr diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 tbs cappers
  • 1 spring fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbs flour
  • Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Preheat slow cooker in medium.
  2. Season osso bucco with salt and pepper, cover with flour.
  3. Heat a pan in a medium heat, brown the osso bucco both side.
  4. Add all the rest of ingredients in the slow cooker, make sure the meat covered in liquid.
  5. Cook for about 7 - 8 hours (until the meat soft).
  6. Serve with Creamy Mash Potatoes.
