Clam cooked with Chilli and Basil Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg of uncooked clam shell on
  • 1,5 cup of vegetables stock
  • 4 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 red big chillies, halve and remove the seed then slice
  • 6 medium size kafir lime leafs
  • 1 cup of chopped basil leaf
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbs cooking oil
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Sauté garlic and chilli until fragrant, ensure it's not burned.
  2. Add clams, cook until clams are open, throw the one who does not open.
  3. Add the vegetables stock, basil and kafir lime leaf. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, taste. Turn off the heat.
Notes
Add more vegetables stock to make beautiful Clam Soup. Or simply eat them as it is for entrée. You can also enjoy the dish with steam rice :)
