Butter Prawn Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 500gr prawn, skin off
  • 4 tbs butter or margarine
  • 7 tbs light soy sauce
  • 7 tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbs kecap manis/sweet soy sauce
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 medium size onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 tbs cooking oil
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, sautee prawn in a high heat until cooked. Transfer to a plate, set aside.
  2. Using the same pan, add margarine, let it melt.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant and soft.
  4. Add soy sauce, kecap manis, and worcestershire sauce and bring to boil.
  5. Add prawn and cracked pepper.
  6. Stir well until prawn covered in sauce, and then add the spring onion, stir well, turn off the heat.
  7. Serve with steam jasmine rice.
