Butter Prawn Recipe

- 500gr prawn, skin off
- 4 tbs butter or margarine
- 7 tbs light soy sauce
- 7 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbs kecap manis/sweet soy sauce
- ½ tsp cracked pepper
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- 2 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 spring onion, chopped
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- Heat the oil in a pan, sautee prawn in a high heat until cooked. Transfer to a plate, set aside.
- Using the same pan, add margarine, let it melt.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant and soft.
- Add soy sauce, kecap manis, and worcestershire sauce and bring to boil.
- Add prawn and cracked pepper.
- Stir well until prawn covered in sauce, and then add the spring onion, stir well, turn off the heat.
- Serve with steam jasmine rice.
