1 tbs sweet chilli sauce (I use 2 tbs as I like spicy)
1 tbs honey
½ tsp finely grated lemon skin
Cooking Instructions:
Mix all marinate ingredients together.
Add prawn, mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the fridge.
Thread the prawns onto 6 bamboo skewers
Barbecue the skewers until the prawns turn pink, turning once halfway through, until they are cooked through. The other option is, heat a flat non sticking pan (big enough to put the skewers) in a high heat, cook the prawn skewers while brushing the remaining sauce until cooked.
