Clam Spaghetti with Chilli and Garlic

Ingredients:
  • 250gr spaghetti no 3
  • 1 kg clams
  • 3 chilli padi, slice thinly
  • 1 big tomatoes, roughly chops
  • 1 small brown onion or ½ big onion, diced
  • 4 clove garlic, slice thinly
  • 3 tbs chopped parsley
  • 100ml chicken stock or dry white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Boil some water, cook the pasta.
  2. Soak the clams in a water for about 10 minutes, rinse.
  3. In a mean time, heat the oil, sautee onion and garlic until golden brown.
  4. Add chilli, stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add tomatoes, until tomatoes little bit soft.
  6. Add clams, cook until they are open.
  7. Add chicken stock/dry white wine.
  8. Drain the spaghetti, add into the pan, mix well.
  9. Add salt, if needed and parsley, mix well, serve.
