Sauteed long beans Recipe

- 200 gr long bean, cut
- 150 gr can corned beef
- 3 garlic clove, slice thinly
- 1 big shallot/French onion, slice thinly
- 2 chilli padi, slice – optional
- 3 tbs olive oil
- Cooked rice for two
- 1 small cucumber, slice
- 1 tomato, slice
- Fried shallot for garnish-optional
- Heat the oil in a pan, add shallot, chilli and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add corned beef, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add long bean, stir until it cook.
- Serve with rice, garnish with fried shallot, add cucumber and tomato on the plate.
