How to keep spinach fresh
Have you ever wonder how to keep spinach fresh (it can be for silver beet as well) ? Next door neighbour insist, she wanted me to take this veggies she called “spinach” home with me yesterday. I never seen this big spinach before. I scratch my head as I don’t know what am I going to do with them ? I sat down in the kitchen thinking how am I going to store it without damaging the beautiful leaf ??? And then I saw empty jar in my cupboard, the I put some water in it, then place the spinach the way I put flowers in a vas and look at this…….even the next day still looks fresh !!!!
