Lamb Kebab, Couscous & Yoghurt Sauce
I’ve got this idea from combination of Indonesian lamb/goat sate and Moroccan traditional food couscous. It’s absolutely easy to make and delicious too ^_^. For the sauce, I use greek style yoghurt, chopped cucumber and slices of mint leaf.
