Stir Fry Lamb with Mint and Garlic

Ingredients:
- 400 gr lean lamb meat, sliced (bite size)
- ½ cup of chopped mint
- 3 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- 2 tbs light soy sauce
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 full tsp of grated ginger
- Steam rice to serve
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, brown the lamb.
- Add light soy sauce, garlic, ginger, stir well for about 3 minutes.
- Add honey and mint, stir well.
- Taste and done.
- Serve with steam rice.
Notes
Add sliced chilli if you would like more spicy.

Simple, thats the right word for this dish. Something different and yet delicious. I wasn’t quiet sure when the butcher gave me the long not so thick lean meat, I was asking for bigger size but he advised that the lamb meat he gave me is the most lean part. And it’s turn out really well. I will definitely listen to my butcher next time 🙂
