Grilled Salmon with Mango Chutney .
Very light and very easy to make. I won’t call this grilled salmon with mango chutney is a recipe as it is too easy to make. I just grill the salmon, brown the haloumi cheese after I cut them, mix the mango chutney I got from supermarket with chilli and put some lettuce on the plate. Yes very easy Sunday lunch 🙂
