Clam Spaghetti with Chilli and Garlic

Ingredients:
- 250gr spaghetti no 3
- 1 kg clams
- 3 chilli padi, slice thinly
- 1 big tomatoes, roughly chops
- 1 small brown onion or ½ big onion, diced
- 4 clove garlic, slice thinly
- 3 tbs chopped parsley
- 100ml chicken stock or dry white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil some water, cook the pasta.
- Soak the clams in a water for about 10 minutes, rinse.
- In a mean time, heat the oil, sautee onion and garlic until golden brown.
- Add chilli, stir for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, until tomatoes little bit soft.
- Add clams, cook until they are open.
- Add chicken stock/dry white wine.
- Drain the spaghetti, add into the pan, mix well.
- Add salt, if needed and parsley, mix well, serve.
